The complete renovation of the 100 m² apartment in Piraeus transformed a 70’s residence into a modern space with modern bespoke materials.
The design of the new house aimed at fulfilling the daily needs of the owners and their requirements from the new space. The combination of colours, materials and textures created a unique result. The old mosaic floor was replaced by Italian granite tile, in Naturale wood style. The old exterior window frames were replaced by new frames of modern aesthetics, upgrading the apartment’s energy class. Suspended ceilings were installed in all areas, covering imperfections of the existing construction and LED spotlights were installed for a uniform and relaxing lighting result. The interior doors were replaced by new light-coloured and minimalist ones with Inox details. In the kitchen area, the smooth glossy surfaces fully integrate the Inox electrical appliances, giving a luxurious touch to the apartment. The kitchen island adds additional storage space, while it also serves as a table for the daily meals of the family. The bathroom is fully equipped with shower, Inox faucets and state-of-the-art sanitary ware. In the bedrooms, a fitted wardrobe with sliding doors was placed, in earth tones, tying perfectly with the new floor. Our projects are always performed according to our customers’ wishes and needs.
