The complete renovation of the 105 m² apartment in Kallithea transformed a 60’s residence into a modern space with bespoke materials.
The new residence design aimed at fulfilling the owners’ updated daily needs and their requirements from the new space. The combination of colours, materials and textures created a unique result. The new space layout, which resulted by unifying the kitchen with the living room into an open-plan space, looks and feels much larger. The old wooden floors have been preserved and the existing mosaic has been replaced by new wood flooring and Italian Volcano style granite tiles in earth tones, giving a pleasant and bright look. The old exterior frames were replaced by modern ones, upgrading the apartment’s energy class. Suspended ceilings were installed in the hallway and the kitchen, and LED spotlights were installed for a uniform and relaxing lighting result. The interior doors were replaced by new, modern ones, in natural oak colour with Inox details. In the kitchen area, the combination of a glossy worktop with natural wood and Inox recessed handles give a luxurious style, matching the atmosphere of the new space. The bathroom is fully equipped with shower, whirlpool, Inox faucets and state-of-the-art sanitary ware. In the bedrooms, a fitted wardrobe with sliding doors was placed in earth tones, tying perfectly with the new floor. Our projects are always performed according to our customers’ wishes and needs.
