The complete renovation of the 70 m² apartment in Athens transformed a 70’s residence into a modern home with modern and bespoke materials.
The new residence design aimed at fulfilling the owners’ updated daily needs and their requirements from the new space. The combination of colours, materials and textures created a unique result. The old marble floor was replaced by Italian ‘Naturale’ wood effect granite tiles. The new off white DIERRE security door gives a minimalistic aesthetic to the space, along with the internal doors, all in light tones with Inox details. In the kitchen area, the smooth glossy surfaces on the counter, in combination with the cupboard lids, in natural wood texture, give a warm and luxurious character to the apartment. The bathroom, combining two separate types of tiles, is a place of relaxation and enjoyment. Fully equipped with shower, Inox faucets, lacquered furniture and state-of-the-art sanitary ware. New modern Legrand socket switches have replaced the old ones. Our projects are always performed according to our customers’ wishes and needs.
